If your residence of record is outside Florida, then you will pay sales tax at the time of registration in your state, not at the time of sale. Please add a dealer fee of $299 to the purchase price of the vehicle.

Bidders must be able to either pay cash or already have PRE-APPROVED financing arranged before bidding. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR ANY PORTION OF THE SALE! Because of this, we do not tolerate any unqualified bidding, deadbeat bidders, bid shielding, auction interference, and any other form of harassment. Because we sell our vehicles at the lowest prices, we charge a $299.00 dealer fee, which goes to administrative expenses that we incur during the sale. We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with excessive negative feedback. Bid retractions during the last 24 hours of our auctions will be grounds for immediate auction cancellation and possible relisting at the cost of the person retracting that bid. The following is the payment Information for all transactions: a non-refundable credit card deposit (Visa or MasterCard) of $500 must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We do not accept any of the balance to be paid by credit card. The remaining balance must be paid with a bank cashiers check, wire transfer or lenders draft within 5 business days of receipt of the deposit. All monies must be made to Spirit Auto Brokers. Fee and Tax Information: Buyer is responsible for sales tax (Florida residence only), tag fees, licensing and dealer fees ($299.00) along with any shipping cost if vehicle is being shipped. Sales tax is paid in the state in which possesion of the vehicle is taken. We DO NOT collect sales tax for those who reside outside the state of Florida. That is done by the buyer at time of vehicle registration. The vehicle must be paid in full before being shipped. We can assist you with shipping but, we are NOT responsible for any theft, damage, or loss. Title Information: All our vehicles are guaranteed with a clear title, unless otherwise stated. Titles will be sent via FedEx for proper tracking. In some cases we will hold the title until the bank cashiers check clears. Also note that some titles are held by bankers or lenders as security for loans or payoffs. In some cases, there is a delay recieving the title up to 30 buisness days from the time Spirit Auto Brokers pays off the vehicle. We normally have titles in our possesion, however, there are some cases in which we are waiting for them to arrive. ABOUT THE VEHICLE: In accordance with Florida law, we sell ALL our vehicles AS-IS. On some vehicles there is a left over factory warranty. Please understand that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven, and as such, has been subjected to normal wear and tear both cosmetically and mechanically. Nonetheless, we try to sell vehicles that are in better-than-average condition.
