* Dynamic Stability Program (DSP) - helps stabilize the vehicle in difficult situations and help you to avoid an accident. DSC monitors many factors, including vehicle speed, steering-wheel angle, body rotation and more, to determine where you want the X5 to go- and where it’s actually headed. If it detects wheel spins or over- or under steer, DSC is designed to assist, selectively, the wheel(s) needing help. It can automatically modulate ABS brakes at all four wheels, independently, while reducing engine power. This helps maintain control and vehicle stability, even on poor road surfaces.
* ABS and Driveline Traction control - when wheel slip is detected, this traction control system uses either, or both, the brakes and electronic engine controls to slow the driving wheels until traction is restored. This system helps a vehicle accelerate from a stop and to keep moving under slippery conditions that might otherwise cause the vehicle to lose traction and spin a wheel.
* Four-Wheel Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) - use computer-controlled sensors to continuously monitor the rotational speed of each wheel. When impending wheel lockup is detected the computer signals the hydraulic system to pump the brakes more quickly than human reflexes permit. Anti-lock brakes provide an extra margin of driving safety. 4-wheel anti-lock brakes are designed to allow the driver to maintain steering control around an obstacle during a panic stop, thereby avoiding wheel lockup.
* 4 ABS Channels - monitors and operates on each wheel individually. This system provides optimal anti-lock brake effectiveness.
* Emergency Brake Assist - senses panic braking from the speed of the brake pedal's travel and applies all available power brake boost. This safety feature brings the vehicle to a stop more quickly than conventional power brakes.
* Four-Wheel Disc Brakes - markedly reduce stopping distance and are efficient at high temperatures to resist fade. A 4-wheel disc brake system provides the maximum braking performance available without technological enhancements such as ABS.
* Front Ventilated Disc Brakes – incorporate channels, or vents, to promote air circulation. This provides better heat dissipation for cooler operation to maximize braking effectiveness. Vented disc brakes reduce the distance required to stop and resist fade.
* Daytime Running Lights - provide headlamp illumination as soon as the vehicle is started. Daytime running lights provide a safety advantage by increasing a vehicle's visibility to other drivers in all weather conditions.
* 3 Point Rear Center Seatbelt - offers enhanced center occupant protection by providing a belt that crosses the lap and the chest. The additional chest coverage provides upper body support during a collision.
* Front Passenger Airbag Occupancy Sensor - determines if a seat is being used, either by weight and/or occupancy position sensors within the seat. These factors help to determine which airbags should and should not inflate, and the intensity with which they should deploy, in the event of a collision.
* Locking Fuel Flap Included with Power Door Locks - incorporated into the power lock system like any other door on the vehicle. A locking fuel filler flap helps to prevent vandalism or siphoning.
* Side-Impact Bars - high-strength steel beams integrated into the doors that are designed to absorb and dissipate energy in the event of a side impact.
* Ignition Disable - passive means of security. It consists of a transmitter embedded within the ignition key and a sensor located in the vehicle. These two circuits must be present, and must recognize each other before the vehicle will start.
* Security System - vehicle is equipped with a means of anticipating and/or detecting unwanted vehicle intrusion. This feature helps to discourage vehicle theft and vandalism.
* Panic Alarm - button on the remote keyfob that, when pressed, will activate the vehicle's horn or siren, interior lights, and cause the exterior lights to flash. This feature is meant to give the owner of the vehicle the ability to 'scare away' any unwanted persons in the vicinity of the vehicle.
* Height Adjustable Front Seat Head Restraints - allow an occupant to place the restraint at the correct height behind their head. This provides greater neck protection in the event of a collision.

Warranty:
As a Massachusetts licensed dealer, we offer a LIMITED USED VEHICLE WARRANTY against any defect, malfunction, or combination of defects or malfunctions, that impairs its SAFETY or USE for a period of 60 days or 2,500 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of delivery of the vehicle to you.
We will provide the full cost of parts and labor necessary to repair all covered defects. However, we may charge up to a total of $100 per vehicle for the repair of all covered defects during the warranty period.
The warranty period is extended one day for every day the vehicle is in the shop for repairs, and one mile for every mile the vehicle is driven between the dealer’s acceptance of the vehicle for repair and its return to the customer.
The warranty is extended for 30 days from the completion of any repair attempt for every defect that was the subject of the repair attempt.
The Dealer will give you a refund if a defect that impairs the SAFETY or USE of the vehicle continued to exist or reoccurred within the warranty period after either three repair attempts for the same defect or being out of service after being returned for repair of any defect or defects for a cumulative total of ten or more business days.
Defects that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty are not covered by this warranty if the Dealer gives you a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty has been assigned to you, and the Dealer assures that those defects are repaired.
