We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $ 500.00 deposit within 72 Hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
If you are a New Jersey resident, 7% sales must be included as well. A $299.00 documentation and adminstrative fee must also be included to cover the cost of the "temporary transit tag" and the "reassignment title document".If you are flying(or taking the train) in to New Jersey we can arrange to pick you up from the New Brunswick Train Station or from the Metro Park Train Station(Edison). If you are a dealer please walk with your dealer tags. Also if you are having this vehicle shipped, faxing a copy of your drivers licence and insurance card to (732) 220 - 8688 would speed up your transaction. Titles are Airborned one day after your funds are cleared with my bank, this may take anywhere from three to five business days (regardless if your check certified or not). I have access to temporary insurance if you may so desire. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
