Not all Repairs have been documented herein, such as every change of season or 3,000 miles, whichever occurred first, the oil and filter was changed (very easy with the lft kit as one doesn’t even need a jack or hoist), and vehicle was constantly run with mid grade or higher fuel, Marvel Mystery Oil in crankcase and fuel. Also, numerous minor repairs not worthy of documentation have been performed such as chasing any corrosion, tightening misc. fasteners, new dome light lens, bulbs, seals, wiper blades, zip tying loose wires, etc. I have been through this entire vehicle on more than one occasion over the years and can represent it in a solid and straightforward manner. It needs very little, if anything, and is turn key ready. If one wanted to make this vehicle near perfect, it would need: · Headliner drooping a tad above driver · Mild corrosion in one rocker and above one wheel well · Dash has crack(s) · One rear speaker is not 100% · There are a few Paint Imperfections · Pax Front Pwr Window slower than the rest, but not bad Buy it Now is $6,000 Reserve is $5,500 She’s a real beauty, and I love this truck. The bottom line is she’s solid, stock, well maintained, very reliable, turn key ready, will drive anywhere, and needs very little. I am selling because we went to the plant farm to get arborvitae for the yard it killed me to put those darn dirty trees on the carpet in back because the burb is just too nice for that. (It shampooed out good and one cannot notice, but it’s too nice to use as a pickup, and that’s what I needed) Accordingly, I bought another GM pickup truck (1976) and we have another Burb (1994) as well. Frankly, if you saw my driveway then you’d understand why BIGBLUE needs to go to the next CARING Owner who values a truly stock, nice, trustworthy, and well maintained truck. Tire kickers and ‘would-ya-takes’ please go elsewhere, and I’m straight with the Buyer if they are as well. Doing things clean is the only way I’ll go and ask the same from the Buyer. Due to the occasional flake, if bought on eBay then $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required if committed to buy on eBay, and ‘Buyer’ responsible for relisting fees if they bail out. If bought locally thru craigslist or other venue, then no deposit is required because if you see the Suburban, drive it, inspect it, and see the maintenance manuals and receipts, it’s very likely it will sell itself so no dep required. Buyer responsible for shipping, delivery, and any applicable taxes or insurance. Sold as is where is, though I’ve described the Burb as detailed and as straightforward as possible. Clean Title in hand, no known collisions or accidents, Certified Funds or Cash only. Total needed as well as Bill of Sale / Purchase and Sale Agreement needed before Transfer / Release. Come and drive it, see the maintenance manuals, care, and condition, and it will represent itself better than I ever could. Please email with any questions.
