Exterior is in good condition with some scratches/dings as expected with any pre-owned vehicle. Nothing major and nothing to lose sleep over. The interior is clean with normal as expected signs of usage. Some coffee stains on the carpet. AC blows cold. Terms Of Sale : Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2000 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Pre-owned vehicles ARE NOT THE SAME as new vehicles. You are bidding on a PREVIOUSLY OWNED vehicle. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description. Who is Shamrock Wholesale? Shamrock Motors is an independent pre-owned dealership owned and operated by Ryan Conway with the help of a few part time employees. We have been in business since 1999.
Why are your prices so low? We purchase our vehicles from many different sources. The majority of them coming from new car dealer trades and wholesale auctions open to licensed dealers only. We specialize in a high volume of cars therefore our profit margin is very minimal. Our profit margins average about $300 to $700 per unit. About 10% of our vehicles we actually lose money on. After several solid years of selling online we have determined that high volume and low profit works well for our business.
Where is your location? All of our vehicles are located at our retail property which is at 1840 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, Massachusetts 01020. If you need directions from your location to ours just go to www.mapquest.com. You are always welcome to come by and see the vehicle you are interested in, but not all vehicles are on site at all times as some may still be out being serviced or reconditioned during the auction. So please let us know in advance if you are coming to see a particular vehicle so that we can make it available for you to see. Where in the world is Chicopee Massachusetts? Chicopee Massachusetts is located in the Western part of the state. About 30 minutes North of Hartford Connecticut, 90 minutes West of Boston, and 90 minutes Southeast of Albany New York. What if I come to Massachusetts and the vehicle is not what you said it would be? If you have a valid complaint and the car TRULY is NOT as we represented then we will of course refund your money minus the initial $250 PayPal deposit. We reserve a $500 difference of opinion allowance regarding descriptions of the vehicles that we have worked hard to accurately list. THIS IS NOT AN ADDED FEE to the final sale price. This allowance has been added strictly to protect us, the seller, from innocent oversights that may occur during the reporting of a vehicles physical/mechanical condition, which therefore, might escape being disclosed in the published listing for a vehicle. This is NOT a fee added to the final price. This allowance will pertain to possible needed repairs of deficiencies that we may have missed in our written evaluation of this vehicle, or for the unlikely occurrence that an error had been made in the publishing of the listing itself. These are not our personal vehicles so we do not know every little flaw or quirk the vehicle may have. We go to great lengths to be very accurate in our description of the vehicles that we list, and have only added the above disclaimer paragraph, as a result of some online buyers that may try to take advantage of our good intentions, based on long distance, absentee purchasing of vehicles via the internet, or buyers that expect absolute perfection from a USED vehicle. You are more than welcome to inspect this vehicle at any time prior to the close of this auction. Do you end auctions early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary or if the vehicle is sold on our retail lot. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary.
I made an offer on the Buy It Now or Best Offer format and my offer was declined? Please keep in mind that we sell 99.9% of our vehicles below retail and market value prices. We will accept all offers. Only reasonable and intelligent offers will be considered.
How do I pay for the vehicle? A $250 non-refundable PayPal deposit is due immediately upon auction end. The balance of the vehicle must be paid in full within 3 business days. We do not accept the balance through Paypal. You may pay via bank wire transfer (easiest and safest method), certified bank check, Capital One check, or cash in person. (When sending certified or loan checks please do not use regular mail. Use FedEx, USPS, DHL or UPS overnight guaranteed delivery service) Please note that if you decide to use a Capital One check, please call us first (before you bid or make an offer) as they have several different plans that may have limitations due to vehicle price, mileage, or year. . We do not accept personal checks, credit cards, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. While we do recommend Capital One as they are very generous with their terms and conditions we realize other buyers may wish to use other online loan services. Some services such as E-Loan or HSBC place demands on their loans that we sometimes cannot meet. For example sometimes they require the borrower to only purchase a vehicle in the state they reside and that of course would make it impossible for most bidders us to comply. So again, we work very hard to make the process go smoothly quickly just let us know upfront if your loan requirements have any special needs so we can help out. Please note that you are welcome to have your loan officer contact us to arrange one of the above payments if they have questions or concerns. We realize that different lending institutions have different requirements and we are here to work with you in those instances. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. This means you will have to go home without the vehicle or stay over in Chicopee until acceptable payment is received. Do not let this happen to you, just follow our simple rules pf payment to ensure a smooth delivery of your new vehicle. These are the only forms of payment that we accept, so if they are not acceptable to you then please do not bid. Final payment must be made within 3 business days of the close of the auction. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment has been made as all sales are final on all eBay related transactions.
Do you offer temporary tags? Unfortunately the state of Massachusetts DOES NOT offer temporary plates or tags (Trust me we wish they did). So if you plan on driving your vehicle home we will overnight the title and bill of sale so you can obtain plates in your home state. That is obviously after full payment is received.
How long do I have to pick up the vehicle I purchased? We ask that you pick your vehicle up within a reasonable amount of time. We do not charge storage fees but generally we would like the car off our property within 2 to 3 weeks.
Are there any other fees? We do not collect any taxes from purchasers. You are responsible for sales tax in your own state. We do charge a $125 transaction processing fee to help cover the cost of such things as wire transfers, postage fees, document faxing, phone calls, paperwork processing, etc etc.
Do you require a deposit from me? We require that a non-refundable $250 PayPal deposit be made to secure the vehicle purchase immediately after auction end.
Do you have financing available? We do not offer any financing through the dealership. Please have all loan and financing arrangements in place before you bid, make an offer, or click buy it now. The best thing to do is to get yourself pre-approved with your local bank or credit union and we will be glad to fax any necessary documentation that may be needed. (Purchase Sales Agreement, Copy of Title, CarFax Report, etc)
Do you accept trade ins? We generally do not take trades towards internet purchases however we will consider them depending on the logistics and sensibility of the deal.
Can you help arrange shipping for the vehicle? Absolutely we will help get your vehicle shipped to you as fast as possible. Just call us and ask. Shipping costs are obviously the buyers responsibility unless another arrangement has been made prior to auction end.
Should I fly in or have the vehicle shipped? That is entirely up to you. We will be glad to give you a door to door fully insured shipping quote. Sometimes after the cost of airfare, fuel, hotel, food, and most importantly time, you are better off having the vehicle shipped. In the long run it is usually less expensive to have your vehicle shipped.
Will you pick me up at the airport or bus station? No problem. We will gladly pick you up from Bradley International Airport located about 25 minutes from us in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. We CANNOT pick you up from Logan International Airport in Boston. There are however several buses and trains running from Boston into Springfield daily. We will also pick you up at no charge of course at the Springfield, MA AmTrak station or the Springfield bus terminal. (Please no 2am flights. Should that be the case we will gladly leave the car at a secure facility within walking distance of the airport)
What happens after I win the auction? At the close of the auction we will contact you via email. We will then call you on the phone and go over all of the details with you. Or you can call us at 413-433-9996. At this time we will verify the name and address that eBay has automatically generated to us is correct. Once this is done all we need to do is schedule a time for delivery or start the shipping process. Please give us 24 hours notice if possible so we can have someone readily available to handle delivery if you plan on coming to Chicopee to get your vehicle.
When can I pick up my vehicle? You can pick up your vehicle any time during our normal business hours. Please call ahead and give us an advance 24 hours notice.
What if I can not come to your dealership to pick up my vehicle I wish to have it shipped to me? If you are shipping your vehicle we will USPS Express Overnight Mail all necessary paperwork to you for registration and titling in your state. There will be a self addresses stamped envelope with instructions where to sign each document and which copies to send back to us in the self addressed stamped envelope enclose in the packet. Please remember that no paperwork will be sent out until full payment is received.
Do you have extended warranties available ? Yes we offer nationwide extended warranties on most vehicles ranging from 3 months / 3000 miles to 5 years / 100,000 miles. Please contact us for pricing and details.
Will you leave me positive feedback? We are always happy to leave you positive feedback once you have left it for us. This way we know the vehicle has arrived at its destination and that your package of documents has arrived. At this point the transaction is now considered completed.
Anything else I should know?
