Terms and Conditions
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, & make arrangements for payment.
The vehicle must be paid in full, preferably by Wire Transfer, before pick up, 99% of the time the vehicle is in a storage location nowhere our offices, and cash or check at time of pick-up is usually impossible.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle.
We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time.
By bidding on my auction you are entering into a legally binding contract. Your bid is the same as your signature. Any deadbeat or non-paying bidder will be required to make a payment of $1500.00 to cover our expenses associated with the listing. You may choose to pay us, if not we do use a collection agency.
We do offer 30-Day Temp Tags at no additional cost, you must provide proof of insurance for one of these tags.
