2006 Jeep Liberty Limited 4X4 in absolutely perfect condition. I am a salesman, so mileage is all road miles. Wear is minimal. I am meticulous about caring for my vehicles and it shows on this SUV. It has been dealer maintained, oil changed every 5,000 miles. All services done as specified by Chrysler.
I just added a brand new set of Goodyear tires at a cost of $ 600.00. They have less than 500 miles on them. Spare has never been off the back of the vehicle. Interior is in excellent condition. It has never been smoked in. Never been in an accident, not even a minor fender bender. Somebody nicked a plastic wheel well recently, so I had that touched up at the body shop, but no metal damage.
I custom ordered it originally with a towing package, so it is rated for 5000 lbs and has a transmission cooler. The 4 wheel drive system has only been used for pulling a boat out on a sand beach. Short of a more sophisticated system with front and rear lockers, it is the best 4 wheel drive system I've ever owned. Much better performance than my previous Ford Explorer.
Note that this is the Limited package, so it is the dress version of the Liberty: chrome, custom wheels, all the basics like A/C, automatic, power drivers seat, a nice CD system, cruise, tire pressure monitor, etc. However, it is not the top of the line package with sunroof, message center, etc.
Cosmetic flaws: the smoke colored plastic shifter identifier in the console took a hit from something right after I bought it. It is repaired, barely noticeable. Also the front passengers removeable carpet has what looks like a bleach spot the size of a quarter. I never have figured out how that happened. I believe there is one parking lot ding, very tiny, somewhere. That's it. The vehicle rates out in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.
Very reliable, like new transportation.
It needs a new home. My minimum acceptable bid is well below book private party, near wholesale, so it is priced to sell. I hold title, so no bank issues. I will accept a $ 500 Paypal deposit within 48 hours of close of auction, and a bank transfer or cash. Vehicle is located in North Central Florida (Gainesville area) if you'd like to see it or have it inspected.
