Great opportunity to have a Defender at a fraction of the cost. This Series III was traded to me towards a Defender 110 by a fellow enthusiast. It was professionally converted by Thatched Roof Garage to a coiler while maintaining the original frame. Range Rover axles were fitted along with disc brakes and SS brake lines. The motor was rebuilt about 2k miles ago. Additionally, the following items were completed:
-Defender alloys with BFG A/T tires, and Defender wheel well flares
-relocated fuel tank
- 5 bar aluminum tread added to floors and rear tub area
-Land Rover Discovery seats were fitted, including LR waterproof seat covers
-Tuffy locking center console with stereo head unit
-Custom auxillary switches and speakers added
-New exhaust
-Fresh paint on rust free truck- must see!!
Obviously a great deal of dollars was spent to make this vehicle what it is today. I have no need for it, and am trying to get the final dollars from my 110. I have driven and enjoyed it the last couple months, and it is time to pass it on. Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding!!
