We are constantly shopping for top notch vehicles, and since most if not all of our units are SOUTHERN TEXAS vehicles then you know that rust and other climate causing damage, either from the harsh winter climates of the north or the sea salt air and water of the East and West coast does not factor in here in the Big D w/ our warm and dry climate. Alberty Auto Group is a Texas Dealer operating under Texas License number P103624. Alberty Auto Group is located at 1035 S. Mill, Lewisville, TX 75057. Alberty Auto Group's office can be reached at 972.906.2903. Successful high bidder must telephone 972.754.2908 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund all monies paid. In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer then 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer. Seller does accept cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known financial institutions. We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties (pre-buy inspection services; usedcarinspections.com, or authorized service centers) prior to auction close and after the buyitnow option is exercised. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's discretion. All buyers pay a $100.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Alberty Auto Group collects Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax which is (.002516) of the purchase price (i.e. - $25.16 per $10k spent). Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states. All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Seller makes no representations or statements as to the fitness for purpose or condition either implied or expressed. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (as stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery or if stated in ad. Online Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above.
