Meet the Owner
Karl Gwinn was raised in Spokane Washington. He attended Gonzaga University, majoring in business management. His career in the automotive industry began in the early 80's. He started as a lot boy in his teens, moving up to delivering Mercedes up and down the West Coast. His career as a sales person began at Inland Empire Ford. After several years with Ford, he started working for Utter Cadillac Motor Company as a sales person. In his first year as a Cadillac sales person he broke company records and established a reputation for honesty and hard work. In 1993 he relocated to "The Valley of the Sun" where his career continued with Kachina Cadillac in Scottsdale Arizona. After ranking in the top 100 sales people nationwide, he rapidly moved up the ladder to become General Sales Manager. His knowledge of luxury vehicles is unquestionable. With his wife of 18 years by his side, he has entered this internet market with the praise and respect of many luxury dealerships in the valley.

At Auction Close
Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 480-703-2352 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A Paypal deposit of $500 within 24 hours after the auction has ended.
Within (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Our Guarantee
We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Arizona Cars Direct recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.
Shipping-Transport
Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are disastisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer. Arizona Cars Direct values your business! Payment
Arizona Cars Direct accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from online lenders Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com), and eBay Finance. All buyers pay a $349.00 documentary fee and a $54 temp lic fee.(90 Day Non Resident). Arizona buyers must pay 7.95% sales tax plus applicable AZ fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes if the car is shipped out of the State of Arizona, registration, etc. in their own states. (If the Car is Shipped) If you pick up the car here from us, we will need to Collect Arizona sales tax...Please call me for more information on sales tax.

I am very serious about pointing out notable and excessive wear and tear (outside of normal use) on each vehicle however this is a USED vehicle and is guaranteed to have SOME flaws.
